Complaints, information, problems, concerns or any questions can be written and addressed to the directors (Saartjie or Rene) and we will make sure that we handle it with the most confidentiality and dealt with it quickly and helpfully. If necessary we will make an appointment and discussed the situation to find the best possible outcome.
